A little history on this program is needed since there is a similar one out there and I don't want anyone to think I got the idea from that. The idea came to me originally around September after the first beta release of Botweiler. MIK was asking if a bot can have a contact list. I replied it can't but I can add something that will be a good substitute to this.

First draft of the program was coded around that time, unfortunately listview control was beyond my knowledge at the time so I let the project aside. The idea was still good though and the program I mentioned wasn't what I needed so I rewrote it based on that first draft. Come to think of it programs rarely behave as I want them so I would have done it anyway since I like having control on the UI and the things that it can do :)
